Return and Refund Policy

Documents Executed and Transaction Closed
At this point the fees are deemed fully earned, and no refunds are paid.

Errors and Omission
Upon completion and return of transaction, and the loan does not close and/or fund due to errors and omissions directly attributed to an act or omission of the notary; we will provide an 80% refund of the transactional fees, less any reasonable travel expenses actually incurred by the notary.

Borrower's Refusal
If at any point in the transaction the borrower, without good cause, refuses to sign the documents prepared for the transaction; there is no refund for these services, and reasonable travel expenses actually incurred by the notary will also be charged.

Incomplete and/or Missing Information
If during the process of having the documents that have been prepared for the transaction executed and notarized, it is discovered that necessary information or documentation is missing from the set of documents available for execution, and the transaction is continued, rescheduled or terminated for that reason; then there is no refund for these services, and any reasonable travel expenses actually incurred by the notary will also be charged.

Other Termination Without Fault
Whenever the notary appears at the time and place scheduled for the execution and notarization of documents, and the transaction is continued, rescheduled or terminated by agreement of the parties to the transaction, or for any other reason that does not include the fault or misconduct of the notary; then there is no refund for these services plus any reasonable travel expenses actually incurred by the notary will also be charged.
